Lean practitioner with demonstrated success in guiding teams to apply continuous improvement principles to solve some of government’s most entrenched problems.Selected Highlights•Directed the transformation of the Motor Vehicle Division into a organization dedicated to understanding and delivering customer value, resulting in a more than 50% reduction in customer experience time and the addition of first-in-the-nation online government services.•Successfully led a $68 million, multi-year modernization, replacing a 40-year old legacy system and building the foundation for continued digital transformation.•Directly administered the separation of the Department of Child Safety from the Department of Economic Security and the creation of the administrative structure of the new agency from the ground up, identifying $5 million of efficiencies in the first year.•Served as Chair of the International Board of Directors for AAMVA, as well as the Region 4 President, Chairman of the Digital Trust Service Steering Committee, the Information Technology Advisory Committee and the Board Liaison to the Law Enforcement Standing Committee.
