Responsible to manage all environmental consultants and associated MSAs • Development and management of annual forecasts for costs association with capital expenditures, assessment and remediation, stormwater management, spill response and due diligence. • Responsible for the preparation of quarterly environmental reserves. • Manage the emergency response activities related to surface spills at active stations as well as assist for any offsite spill response related to the transportation of fuel from both internal Energy Dispatch and third-party carriers. • Responsible to ensure deadline compliance is met for all reports, sampling and testing related to regulatory milestones. • Responsible for participation, management, and overseeing implementation of continuous improvement processes related to RTI’s environmental best management practices. • Assist the Accounting Department with the management of Accounts Receivable for any trust fund reimbursement. • Maintains a working knowledge of all EPA and state Regulations related to assessment and remediation. • Stay abreast of upcoming and new regulatory requirements including proposed rule makings, emerging contaminants and changes to guidance documents.
