These initiatives extend the studio’s impact beyond client work, fostering an open environment where professionals, students, creatives, and local actors can meet, grow, and experiment together.My role combines strategic direction, operational management, and project leadership. I oversee administrative and organizational processes, guide multidisciplinary teams, and manage complex projects from concept to delivery. I work at the intersection of design, technology, and management, translating ideas into sustainable structures and actionable outcomes.A central aspect of my work is connecting stakeholders: linking private companies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and public bodies. I am actively involved in European projects, social innovation initiatives, and collaborations with the non-profit sector, ensuring that VLK Studio contributes to broader cultural, social, and territorial development. Through these activities, I help align local community needs with international networks and opportunities.By maintaining a strong relationship with the local community while engaging with European and cross-sector partners, my goal is to grow VLK Studio as a resilient ecosystem rather than a standalone company—one that enables people and organizations to collaborate, learn, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
