I manage the team of strategic consulting for start-ups of the industrial sectors, including initiatives in the areas of Industrial processes & products, Medtech and Cleantech. I coordinate the activities with universities for technology transfer through the creation of start-ups and with the network of companies for the creation of spin-offs, the start ups’ business development and venture capitals raising.I deal with analysis, planning, consultants management, monitoring and corrective actions setting, management of the interface with banks, investors and strategic prospects. My objectives are defined in terms of: start-ups created, capital raised, companies network increase.
