Working with subject matter experts from the Programme Management Office/Planning, Portfolio & Business Change Teams within established organisation protocols, my responsibilities include:• Strategy and analysis: setting up and providing support for stakeholder analysis (often in the form of workshops), and co-ordinate the development of the engagement strategy.• Profiling: supporting the development of the stakeholder profiles throughout the project, providing standard templates and insight analysis.• Engagement and Planning: providing access to the strategy, analysis and profile and own all the practical arrangements required for the differing communication channels, acting as a point of contact for specific stakeholders. Collating feedback from stakeholders throughout the life of the project.• Requirements Management: supporting the capturing of stakeholder needs and feeding these into the programme.
