I Led the quality process, product development and supplier selection for own brands, with 8 direct reports, with definition of roles and objectives. I Implemented project management tools and agile methodologies (Kanban) to coordinate activities. Implemented benchmarking processes, technical analysis in third party laboratories of products to achieve segmentation maps vs. competitors (technical variables, performance and price, to identify opportunities in our products as the competition and define our value proposition as own brand).I implemented a “voice of the consumer” system (sensory evaluation and approval of proposals with target consumer with statistical criteria).Implemented a verification process for regulatory compliance of product labeling. I developed and implemented the control and traceability system for technical information for product development, documenting specifications covering-Raw materials and packaging-NOM compliance and acceptance/rejection parameters. Defined and managed key performance and compliance indicators (KPIs) for Zorro private label suppliers. In collaboration with an expert advisor, I led the implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management) with this I diagnosed and established supplier rankings with metrics that integrate-Quality system certifications and Lean Manufacturing practices- Internal performance indicators and zero defects. I held the first Zorro Proprietary Brands supplier awards and recognition event (in February 2025) with metrics monitored throughout 2024. Diagnosed and identified opportunities in execution for private label product management, using Design Thinking, journey maps, to create process improvements, with customer focus.
