My current role as a Technology Risk Specialist in a RAM (Risk advisory manger) position has me providing risk advice and support to the Technology and Transformation department to ensure all risks are appropriately identified and managed in line with the Operational Risk Management Framework.My primary responsibilities include:• Facilitating the execution of the risk assessment and assurance processes for the department, andmaintenance of related Risk, Incident and Control registers within the organisation\'s CRM.• Identify and analyse areas of potential risk that may threaten assets and achievement of objectives.• Conduct Incident reviews for the departments incidents as Line 1 Risk Advisor and triage to identify appropriate escalations.• Perform controls testing and evaluate risk scenarios by considering both the business and the technical perspectives• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure risks, incidents and issues are addressed and resolved in an appropriate time frame, while reducing the risk to both organisation and customers.
