ABOUT EMMA PIKE
A Psychology Graduate with 8 years experience in the education and charity sector, currently working as an Inclusion Manager at Generation UK & Ireland. I bring a passion for coaching and mentorship. I work closely with the safeguarding lead to support learners. I have recently completed an MA in Education, specialising in SEN, receiving the Dean\'s commendation for high performance. My dissertation was focused on the lived experience of autistic adults completing a technical skills bootcamp (IPA). I provide one-to-one support for learners with additional needs, creating individualised support plans and aiding them in their transition in to employment. This includes coaching through personal and employability challenges, and reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
