Helping businesses navigate tax with clarity, confidence, and commercial insight. With over 25 years of experience in corporate tax consultancy, I support business owners and leadership teams in understanding and managing the tax implications of transactions, growth strategies, and international expansion. My approach is proactive—helping clients look ahead to mitigate tax risk, improve cash flow, and avoid costly surprises. I specialize in advising on complex tax matters including international tax planning, cross-border structuring, corporate transactions, loan relationships and group reorganizations. My work spans a range of sectors including owner-managed businesses (OMBs), renewable energy, property development and investment, manufacturing, and engineering. What sets my approach apart is genuine curiosity about what my clients do and the challenges they face. I believe tax advice should be practical, commercially grounded, and tailored to the unique needs of each business. I also consider wider project factors such as funding, accounting, and operational impact—ensuring tax strategy aligns with broader business goals. I value face-to-face relationships built on trust, transparency, and honest discussion. Whether supporting a strategic restructure or advising on international expansion, I aim to make tax feel less daunting and more manageable. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum, wife, rugby coach and fan. I love swimming, Cornwall, and exploring the outdoors with my two dogs.
