As the National Director of Proposal Management, I serve as a senior program manager overseeing the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across the national Insurance Advisory Solutions (IAS) division, setting strategy, governance, and performance standards that elevate win probability and operational excellence. This is orchestrated through a cross-functional pursuit team, a rigorous pre-qualification process, and a suite of resources to deliver compliant, compelling, on-time responses. The role builds and scales a best-in-class proposal program—implementing tools, templates, and knowledge management; codifying review gates; and coaching a high-performing team—while partnering closely with sales consultants, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and SMEs to shape solution strategy and pricing. Success is measured through disciplined KPIs (e.g, win rate, cycle time, quality), proactive risk management, and continuous improvement that standardizes practices nationally, protects brand and compliance, and translates insights into repeatable growth.
