As an Anglo-American dual citizen with 30 years’ experience in setting up and managing complex, international teams for global blue-chip organisations, I have delivered transformation and operational excellence across technology services, finance, construction, broadcast, power, and FMCG sectors.My career has been defined by a drive to provide value, a focus on over-delivering, and a reputation as an “amazing people manager” with strong stakeholder engagement and a solutions-focused, can-do approach.Throughout my career, I have led large-scale service management and transformation initiatives, including supporting mergers and acquisitions for multi-billion-pound household brands, landing a global VOD platform, and defining, designing, and running the organisation to support a £5 billion SAP Global Template from day one. My experience includes: • Supporting the successful service transition of BBC Global iPlayer into live production• Developing a global smart vending solution for a major energy company• Creating a production \'greenlight\' platform for a top science and education brand• Implementing ITIL frameworks that reduced major incidents by 80% at a world-class broadcaster I am a Senior IT and Delivery Leader, ITIL expert, and PRINCE2 practitioner, with a proven track record in enhancing operational stability, implementing best practice service delivery, and managing budgets exceeding £50 million. My leadership style empowers teams, fosters engagement, and delivers critical management information to drive business outcomes.
