I act as the right hand to the CEO—translating strategy into execution, maturing our internal systems & operations, and ensuring we’re making smart, data-driven decisions to fuel sustainable growth.Key responsibilities and impact- Own core operations: finance, HR, legal, compliance, and internal systems- Lead company-wide strategic planning, goal setting, and operating cadences- Build and manage internal reporting to track KPIs (ARR, NDR, churn, subscriber growth, etc.) and support decision-making- Drive cross-functional projects across product, go-to-market, and customer success to accelerate growth and reduce friction- Build systems for communication and prioritization that create clarity and keep the organization aligned- Fill leadership gaps and lead mission-critical initiatives as they emerge
