I lead growth here at Lavender. I have been building AI companies long before ChatGPT made this a household topic. I’ve worked directly with AI researchers at Cambridge, Columbia, and Stanford to build and implement cutting edge models into organizations like Yamaha, Gravity Blankets, and countless others. Lavender’s first product, the email coach, has been used by 100k+ sales reps. With 50k+ active inboxes on the platform today, we’ve analyzed billions of sales emails to understand what makes emails work. After bootstrapping for years, in early 2022, we raised $13.2m in our Series A led by Norwest Venture Partners. I’ve worked with directly with startups and the C suites of publicly traded companies helping them understand and use AI across their org. Helping them navigate our products along with the evolving landscape of AI tools and capabilities. I’ve coached thousands of sellers and sales orgs on writing more thoughtful, effective emails. You’ll still find me in Slack channels like GTM Cafe offering revisions to folk’s emails when I get the chance. I also work with a handful of consulting clients helping them navigate AI transformation, product and growth challenges. I’m particularly focused on working with teams in healthcare as this is where I started my career and see the largest opportunity for driving impact with AI transformation work.
