From booking flights and accommodations to developing detailed itineraries and managing on-site logistics, I ensure every experience is executed seamlessly and reflects the brand’s high standards. I also act as a direct point of contact for clients, talent, and collaborators, fostering a positive, efficient, and professional environment across all touchpoints.My role includes day-to-day executive support, cross-functional team coordination, and calendar management, along with operational oversight of product development logistics, inventory flow, and vendor communications. I assist in managing our growing team, creating structure within a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of creativity, accountability, and forward momentum.In everything I do, I blend precision with adaptability, ensuring that no detail is overlooked while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
