She is a highly respected team player with a track record of successfully training and leading others to achieve organizational goals.Liz began her career as a Management Consultant before transitioning to the education sector, where she taught math through Teach for America and worked in human capital and operations leadership roles with charter schools. She also led the talent management function for a virtual start-up, strategically matching professionals with non-teaching opportunities in education. Liz holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and her BBA in Accounting and secondary major in Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
