ABOUT ELIZABETH FLEMING

Veteran leader in the commodities industry with over twenty years as a subject matter expert on the full lifecycle of commodities trading for both physical and derivatives from trade execution to transportation and logistics, settlement, and traditional risk reporting with an emphasis on crude, refined products, renewables, and their derivatives.As a visionary leader, I have been recognized for my ability to see the big picture at a highly strategic level yet also be agile with a strong executional perspective. I quickly translate business requirements into relevant processes to drive standardization, automation, and efficiency to increase functionality while also reducing costs. I thrive when solving complex problems in rapidly changing, ambiguous, and high-pressure work cultures, effectively managing multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities. I am passionate about helping companies solve critical business issues, serving as a key liaison between technology and business objectives to ensure long-term growth and profitability.In addition to my hands-on work experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and a second Bachelor\'s degree from Auburn University in computer science.
