As a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, I joined a cohort of exceptional leaders committed to moving beyond personal success to create meaningful, lasting impact in the world. The fellowship—founded in 1997 to cultivate a new generation of community-minded business and civic leaders—offers a rigorous, values-based experience rooted in personal reflection, ethical inquiry, and systems-level change.Throughout the fellowship, I engaged in deep exploration of leadership, responsibility, and legacy—shifting focus from building a brand to building broader impact. Inspired by this journey, I have applied my entrepreneurial experience toward addressing inequities faced by women, particularly those navigating housing insecurity, economic instability, and systemic barriers to care.The Henry Crown Fellowship not only expanded my lens on leadership, but catalyzed my commitment to social innovation—fueling work that bridges private sector insight with public good. It continues to inform my approach to purpose-driven entrepreneurship, impact partnerships, and community-centered design.
