In this role I specialise in organisational learning and performance, with a diverse portfolio across multiple industries, including construction, civil engineering, renewables (wind and solar), and manufacturing. With a passion for driving operational excellence and facilitating impactful learning experiences, I have successfully guided clients through digital systems implementation, facilitated learning teams, and developed distance and e-learning solutions. Digital Systems: Operating within the framework of ISO and performance improvement, I partner with clients to map their processes, bridging the gap between work as imagined and work as done. As the product owner, I craft a compelling vision for the client\'s system, defining the necessary features and functionality. Acting as an internal expert, I collaborate closely with the SaaS development team, ensuring the system meets client expectations and drives optimal performance. Organisational Learning: Recognising the value of front line staff wisdom, I have pioneered a new service within the business—facilitating Learning Teams for forward-thinking clients focused on improving safety outcomes. As the lead facilitator, I create a safe environment where participants, ranging from senior management to junior ground staff, can openly discuss and share insights about operational challenges and innovative solutions. By harnessing collective intelligence, we drive meaningful change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Distance and eLearning: I have developed and delivered comprehensive courses tailored to client teams across various functions, including sales and on-site installations. Guided by evidence-informed learning design principles, I leverage methods such as micro learning, social learning, and desirable difficulty to enhance engagement and knowledge retention. By carefully selecting activities and assessments that replicate real-world scenarios, I ensure that learning objectives are met effectively.
