Serve as an integral part of the Chesapeake Regional Healthcare leadership team to lead the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation- Work with the Foundation Board of Directors, CEO, Executive Team and Hospital Authority to facilitate short and long-term strategic plans and mission implementation- Foster a culture of philanthropy and ensure that fund development is executed in keeping with the mission, vision and values of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare- Establish a balanced mix of donor sources and fundraising programs to attract and retain donors and volunteers- Develop and implement annual revenue goals to diversify and enhance organizational outcomes through a comprehensive strategic plan to include major gifts, annual giving, grateful patient, physician giving, corporate giving, planned giving, online strategy and special events- Lead a major capital campaign to support the growth of a new cancer center, critical care tower, cardiac center and mother baby unit with a goal of $5 million (increased from $3 million). Currently, the campaign has raised $4 million through major gifts and naming opportunities and is now evolving to the community (public) phase with an additional $1 million projected- Research and apply for foundation and grant opportunities to further the mission of CRH and community needs- Implement a planned giving strategy to increase future revenue opportunities- Maintain and strengthen base of donors and cultivate new partnerships- Manage the Foundation staff team to increase goals, enhance revenue and utilize marketing techniques to regain community support in the growth of Chesapeake Regional Healthcare- Increased comprehensive campaign goal from to between 20••••22 (during pandemic)- Utilize Raiser’s Edge database and Research Point to ensure strong data retention, reporting, opportunity tracking and prospect research.
