Most recent experience:Senior Director / Global Business Integration Lead• Drove the seamless separation of a vast global portfolio, including over 500 SKUs, multiple manufacturing sites and extensive inventory across 100+ countries at an enterprise level. I led a central Separation Management Office to coordinate cross-functional teams, navigated intricate operational entanglements, fostered strong governance and close collaborating with the purchasing organisation and managed diverse commercial operating models amid varying regulatory landscapes. Senior Director / Head of Global PMO, Zoetis• Set up a new global Program Management Office function at Zoetis, establishing tools, processes and controls to oversee active strategic projects and programs at over 100 manufacturing locations. Budget >$1B.
