Manager and primary contact for a portfolio of real estate strategy, finance, and development projects across multiple asset types (multi-family housing, retail/commercial, athletic venues, campus-edge, and other QoL assets). Client relationships include a wide range of Higher Educational and municipal institutions, including Top 25, state flagship, HBCUs, community colleges, cities, and nonprofits projects for $500 Million in planned and developed real estate assets. Cultivates and manages marketing activities for multi-million dollar business development relationships for multiple verticals and LOBs. Directs, monitors, mentors, and supervises the recruitment, training, and day-to-day activities of analysts and other staff workloads to maximize efficiency and effectiveness and ensures successful and timely completion of project management tasks and responsibilities. Directs the development of client and prospect deliverables for recommendations, research/analysis, business development, presentations, reports, and RFP, RFQ, and NOI documents. Visionary for the Excel model for the firms\'s newest line-of-business. Actively participates in the research and development efforts by identifying new analytical tools, strengthening existing models, or discovering improved ways of doing business. Manages the financial and accounting requirements of assignments to include scope pricing, client invoicing and collection activities, and account reconciliation and closing.
