I joined Microsoft in 2011 and am currently a Director of Partner Technical Advisors withinr the Modern Life, Gaming and Customer Service (MLGCS) team, a group of 300+ Microsoft employees and over 9,500+ Delivery Partners Advocates spanning 40 sites across the globe. I drive a high performing team of Technical Advisors who ensure our Customer Service Advocates are technically trained and equipped to handle the challenges our customers face. Prior to this role I was a Finance Controller at Microsoft for 8 years. I am passionate about integrating people, business processes, and technology to deliver high-impact results, servicing millions of customers around the world.I have a passion for teaching and mentoring, I gain my energy from helping others to achieve more. I continue to drive myself to keep a growth mindset and learn new and innovative ways to make a difference not only in my professional live but in my personal life as well. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Washington and am a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served in multiple disciplines including Psychological Operations and Military Intelligence.
