My career path hasn’t been linear and that’s intentional. I’ve worked across a range of healthcare environments, including rural clinics, nursing homes, large hospital systems, and healthcare SaaS. These experiences provide me a grounded understanding of how complex systems operate in the real world and where they tend to break.Outside of titles, I’m driven by curiosity, clarity, and the satisfaction of making systems more efficient and scalable. I’m comfortable in and invite gray areas - connecting dots, asking the questions others skip, and turning complexity into systems that are efficient and scalable. Today, I bring my experiences and perspectives into my work by bridging product, operations, and enablement in the self storage space- building systems, workflows, and documentation that people actually understand, trust, and want to use.
