I am a seasoned Digital Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analyst and PMO Manager with extensive experience in supporting and delivering large-scale strategic programmes for a diverse range of corporate organizations. I am proficient in both Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies, and I excel in leading and coaching teams in these areas. I am committed to exceptional customer service, advocating for open and honest communication, and employing a \"no surprises\" approach in all stakeholder engagements. My expertise is supported by a broad functional and commercial background in leadership, IT, engineering, contract management, logistics, commercial and pricing, and key account management.
