    I have been with IndyGo since November 2006 at which time I started as a Maintenace Supervisor overseeing 3rd Shift technicians and general laborers in which, I was in charge of making sure 134 buses were prepand ready to go out on the streets each day.I took over as Facility Manager in December of 2009 at which time IndyGo had just started a Phase1 $ 10 million dollar building rehab project.I became Director of Facilities in Nov. 2012As Director of Facilities I oversee all functiions of building maintenance, including repairs and preventative maintenance to all HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical Systems, General Maintenance inside and outside of the Building and Property upkeep. Also I am the Project Manager for our Bus Stop & Shelter Installs, and Maintenance, and Upkeep of just over Bus Stops and 232 Bus Shelters. During our Phase 1 :$ 10 million Project I worked side by side with the Project Manager and Contractors making sure the Project work was being performed properly and on time. Phase II :$ 1.9 million - Project Manager for new HVAC & Lighting ProjectAs Facility Director I also over see all Contracts with outisde Contractors and Maintenance Companies and vendors involved, and or working with IndyGo.Also as Facility Director I oversee 3 Facility Techs - 1 - HVAC/Electrician and 8 General laborers, in which also I do the Hiring for these positions.Also started an Environmental Management Program to identify all environmental aspects and impacts of the building operations, along with our first recyling program.Addtional Project Management Ongoing Projects include:Trench Drain Replacement $ 1.1 millionDome Roof Rplacement $ 1.5 million Employee Parking Lot $ 1.1 millionNew Solar Project $ 2.5 millionBuilding Electrical Upgrade $ Lanes & Bus Wash Replacement $ 3.25 millionAlso Project Manager for the new Downtown Bus Transit Center $ 27 million dollar Project to be completed in the spring of 2016.
