ABOUT ED MURRAY CDIR

Ed Murray is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Qualified Pension Trustee \"QPT\" and experienced Investment Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on Asset Management (Equities, Bonds, ETF\'s, Funds and Alternative Investments), Corporate Finance and Private Equity. He has held senior positions at a number of leading financial institutions. Ed is an authorised PCF with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), and currently sits on the board of an Irish domiciled ICAV. He is a Qualified Pension Trustee (QPT), and currently chairs the Irish and UK Pension schemes for Irish Continental Group Plc. He is a Chartered Director (CDir) with the Institute of Directors (UK), with Governance, Risk Oversight and Strategic expertise, and holds a Certificate in ESG Investing with the CFA. Ed recently completed a five year term on the board of An Post (Ireland’s PostaI Service Co.) with a strong focus on Governance, Risk Management, and Environmental Social and Governance \"ESG\" policies. He previously worked with Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland as a Senior Investment Manager, managing Corporate, Charitable and Private funds with an emphasis on oversight and analysis of funds and fund managers. As a Director of Institutional Equity Sales at NCB Stockbrokers Ed developed a diverse client base (International and Domestic), including ‘long only’ institutions, hedge funds, thematic and alternative funds across the US, UK & Europe.
