I began my journey in nutrition and health over 40 years ago, and it has been my lifelong passion ever since. Through those decades, I’ve held a deep belief in two simple truths: the human body is naturally designed for health, and yet too often we overlook that innate wisdom.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding tens of thousands of individuals toward better wellness through thoughtful nutrition, wholesome foods, and the wise use of supplements. It continues to inspire me that more than 70% of the world still relies on botanical medicine—a tradition that remains safe, effective, and affordable.Through my radio show, Vital Health Radio, my national podcast, The Holistic Navigator, and our store, Nutrition World, we’ve built platforms dedicated to helping health professionals and the public alike pursue long, vibrant, disease-free lives.As the owner of Nutrition World, my mission is to keep opening doors for education, dialogue, and training—empowering both the public and health professionals to embrace true wellness.
