For over 27 years, I have been helping businesses implement and manage customized affordable solutions for their employee benefit plans. I began my insurance career in 1993 working for Samaritan Health Plans / Partners Health Plans as a Client Manager, then Manager of Client Services (Fully Insured and Self-Funded Markets). In 1997, I took his knowledge of working with large employers on the health insurance carrier side to representing them as a consultant and broker as President of Benefit Logic. Over the next 20 years, my team and I built Benefit Logic into one of Arizona’s leading employee benefits firms helping over 150 businesses of all sizes better manage their employee benefits utilizing top tier carriers and creative solutions. In 2017, Benefit Logic merged with Crest Insurance Group. I have participated on advisory councils for many of leading Arizona’s insurance carriers and currently serve on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona’s Broker Advisory Panel.
