In this role, I am a trusted expert for our most critical metrology tools and a proactive, forward-thinking member of the engineering team.My key contributions include:I spearheaded the complete lifecycle of novel metrology systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment and R&D labs, from initial concept and hardware installation to software integration and final validation.I develop the full software stack for our metrology systems, a process that includes everything from establishing instrument communication protocols and data acquisition to signal processing, GUI development, and final integration with MES and cloud platforms.I drove the evaluation and recommendation of cutting-edge technologies, including Terahertz (THz) sensing for non-destructive testing (NDT), to provide strategic value to the team.As a pivotal contributor to our digital transformation, I helped implement our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), defining data management policies and ensuring seamless data transfer for critical R&D tools.I successfully coordinated our summer internship program, which included supervising interns and ensuring the successful completion of their projects.I consistently collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and digital teams to troubleshoot issues, transfer knowledge, and ensure alignment on project goals.
