When I was promoted into this role EXECUTIVE LENDER IN TRAINING (Oct 2020-Mar 2021), Tennessee was still finding its footing after COVID. The challenge was to modernize how we worked without losing the people-first culture that made the business special. I took on full P&L responsibility and started shifting the state from paper to digital, including mobile payments, online portals, and remote refinancing, all while keeping the focus on training and teamwork.
