There\'s a particular kind of pressure that comes with being the person everyone else looks to for answers. The room gets quiet when you walk in. The decisions land on your desk. And the people closest to you are often the least likely to tell you what you actually need to hear. I\'ve been close to that reality for most of my career. At Salesforce, I served as Chief of Staff to Marc Benioff, Chief Business Officer, and CEO of the Salesforce Foundation. For nearly fifteen years, I was inside one of the most scrutinized leadership environments in technology, close enough to the real decisions to understand what makes leaders effective, what makes teams stall, and where alignment breaks down at scale. That experience is the foundation of my work today. Through Framework, I advise senior executives and founders navigating the moments where the stakes are high, the path isn\'t obvious, and the usual playbook doesn\'t quite fit. My work combines executive coaching with strategic advisory, and it\'s entirely grounded in having been in the rooms my clients are navigating now. I\'m not here to motivate you. I\'m here to help you think more clearly and decide more confidently, when it matters most.
