During On-the-Job training, I gain awesome experiences on bank wide FX operations such as:1. Handle FX settlement operations for +500 client transactions, including TOD/FORWARD and derivatives, ensuring timely and accurate settlement in accordance with value date and cut-off requirements.2.Perform end-to-end settlement validation, covering trade details, value date, transaction underlyings3. Assisting in monitor nostro account movements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to mitigate settlement and operational risks.4. Conduct trade matching and reconciliation between internal treasury systems and confirmations to ensure transaction accuracy.5. Assist in identifying potential settlement risks related to cut-off times, liquidity sufficiency, and errors in settling transaction.6. Collaborate closely with Treasury Dealers and Middle Office to support smooth execution and post-deal settlement processes.7. Gained exposure to Treasury Dealing Room operations, including observation of FX and MM deal execution using Bloomberg and Refinitiv, understanding interbank pricing, hedging, and back-to-back transaction mechanisms.
