About Dylan Conley
Dylan Conley handles municipal, land use, civil litigation and labor law for the firm. He is the Chairman of the City of Providence Board of Licenses and the Assistant Solicitor for the City of East Providence. He has experience in grievance arbitration and collective bargaining negotiations as well as drafting zoning regulations and guiding developers through the permitting process. Dylan also advises government boards on open meeting requirements and day to day operations. He has experience representing cities, towns, school committees, housing authorities, and other municipal corporations during hearings, drafting policies, and litigation. After graduating from Boston College, Dylan Conley attended the Florida State University College of Law. While at FSU Law, Dylan attended the Florida State Oxford College of Law Program at Oxford University in England. Dylan is admitted to practice in Rhode Island as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. While a teacher at the Roger Williams University Paralegal Studies program, he received the 2015 Thomas J. Carroll Outstanding Teacher Award for his contributions to his profession, to the University, and to the community at large. When he isn’t at work, he and his wife Jenica Reed Conley, are active volunteers in the community. Together with their dog Chewbacca, they bought their home in the West End on HGTV’s House Hunters. Dylan is a founding board member of the Millennial Professional Group of Rhode Island, a non-profit dedicated to helping Millennials #ChooseRI as their place to live, work, play, and grow. He is also Vice Chairman of Federal Hill House’s Executive Board, a non-profit organization founded in 1887 dedicated to serving the needs of the Federal Hill community from infant care to elderly outreach.
