I\'m a licensed Landscape Architect with extensive experience in site evaluation, master planning and design. What drives me is the design and creation of unique land planning solutions that respect the context and physical features of a site while programmatically responding to and exceeding the goals of my client. My plans are creative, well conceived and incorporate innovative solutions based on a combination of contemporary approaches and time tested standards. My plans add value and are consistently ranked in the top of respective land use categories. My experience and credibility affords me the respect and knowledge to seamlessly coordinate, manage and direct your land development consultant team while engendering an atmosphere of commitment and teamwork necessary for the successful entitlement and execution of your project.

   Kiser + Vogrin Design (KVD) was formed in 2010 to continue the legacy of collaboration between Dwight Kiser and Gary Vogrin that began in 1993 when the two first met. With over 75 years of combined experience, KVD provides the experience, knowledge of current & future trends and creative vision of land planning and design for all facets of real estate development for both our private and public realm clientele.
