   For successful fulfillment of my responsibilities, I create long-term department structure, growth plan, budget, and drive initiatives and implement strategies in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure overall product and service line program excellence. I lead and manage annual program goals with ELT, create KPIs, and offer appropriate solutions to resolve issues affecting success. Partnering with representative members of ELT and USPh to support certain applicable aspects of the due-diligence process associated with potential acquisition targets, project sales potential, and plan future growth is one of my regular responsibilities. Daily, I cooperate with new stakeholders and current Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to incorporate products from recently acquired partners. Furthermore, communication with stakeholders to source ideas, create product specifications, outline product delivery roadmap, plan commercialization, collect and present data, and promote services internally and to current and potential clients is one of my key responsibilities. I develop, integrate, and communicate strategies targeting the growth of the company\'s internal and external networks. Collaborate with SMEs to create master documentation of multiple features and delivery modalities of current products and service lines and identify market opportunities and oversee development through specified processes. I do not only administer the development of evolving documented product and service versions but also maintain definitions of product lines. In addition to my other responsibilities, I evaluate current pricing models and develop pricing for new products and services with the Finance team.
