Lead the OE/HSE efforts for Chevron\'s New Country Entry project, ensuring the management and safe execution of HSE Wells (Drilling & Completions) deliverables-Provide daily guidance to both field and office-based HSE specialists during Wells operations, including both shore-based and offshore activities-Maintain accountability to key stakeholders such as the GM Wells Execution, Business Unit (BU), and Country Managers-Develop and deliver comprehensive Wells project HSE Management Plans, Emergency Management Plans, Spill Contingency Plans, and Bridging Documents, ensuring alignment with country regulations and partner requirements-Integrate and align Wells-specific procedures, tools, and best practices with the Chevron OEMS (Operational Excellence Management System) within the Business Unit (BU).
