In became a Georgia Licensed Private Detective Agency in Georgia. Served as the Legislative Committee Chairman the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators from 2001 to 2004. Worked to promote and block legislation that impacts private investigators and professional process servers.In 1994 Andrew Maggard, Jr. opened an office in Atlanta Georgia and soon thereafter became the first private process server in Fulton, DeKalb and Gwinnett and Cobb counties to compete with County Sheriffs\' and Marshals providing the service of Dispossessory warrants in Georgia. Today, Maggard Agents serve more dispossessory warrants each month than any Georgia Sheriff or Marshal.In 1982 Maggard was the first Legal Videographer in New York State. Introduced Legal Videography to the Bar and Courts in 1982. Lectured at several New York Bar Associations, Trial Associations and Paralegal Associations.In July 1977 at the age of 19 Andrew Maggard, Jr Founded Maggard Information Associates, evolving into a NYS DMV Direct Link Partner and NYS DMV Licensed Private Service Bureau. In 2023 our New York office is located on Lark Street in Albany, New York. Andrew Maggard started this business at the age of 19.
