With more than 30 years of experience in the steel and manufacturing industries, I have accepted a new professional challenge as Program Director Green Transformation Innovation at SOUTHWEST X Startup FactoryThroughout my journey with thyssenkrupp Steel over 20+5 years, I have delivered impactful results for tk both in my role as Head of Strategy/Corporate Development (98-2003, 20••••25) and as CEO of major medium-sized subsidiaries tk Hohenlimburg (20••••05) and tk Rasselstein GmbH (20••••16)Gained valuable fresh perspective from changing sides as Managing Director in medium-sized, family-owned BILSTEIN GROUP, Kaltband in Hagen (20••••20).
