This knowledge complements his clinical background, enabling him to address complex healthcare challenges from both medical and legal perspectives.Litigation MitigationAt Rajagiri Hospital, Dr. Jayadev addressed key ethical issues in healthcare, including end-of-life decisions, patient autonomy, and medical negligence. As a medicolegal consultant, he pioneered Kerala’s first Clinical Forensic Medicine Unit, ensuring the integrity of medical evidence for justice. He also served as guest faculty in Medical Jurisprudence for NUALS, Kochi.Thought LeadershipAs Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rajagiri Hospital, Cochin, Dr. Jayadev transformed the hospital operations by improving efficiency, patient experience, and turnaround times (TATs) using lean management and data-driven solutions. His expertise in conflict resolution and strategy motivated him to complete the Senior Management Program at IIM Kozhikode.
