I am the Banes Swindon & Wiltshire (BSW) regions strategic lead for Long Term Conditions in primary care. In this role I lead the design, development & implementation of pathways for common physical health conditions such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, long covid, diabetes, coronary heart disease, COPD, IBS, neurological conditions & obesity as well as contributing to & informing local health policy. The clinical aspects of this role involve delivering specialist health clinics, providing clinical supervision & delivering teaching & training to the NHS workforce.
