Over the past 20 years in senior P&L roles, together with my respective teams I have built a track record of transformational and sustainable growth — doubling top- and bottom-line performance in recent years through a mix of organic growth and strategic M&A.In this respect I feel fortunate to live my purpose every day in my professional life as tesa CEO. tesa builds as a multinational company and technology leader on 125+ years of history, a top brand and excellent expertise around adhesive tape enabled solutions. And what I love most is creating every day with the expertise of our 5.400 team members plus partners, with our technological capabilities and customer intimacy huge added value for our customers, often far beyond their expectations. What drives me every day is enabling our team and organizations to realize their full potential. I see my role as a leader in combining visionary thinking, entrepreneurship, and execution discipline to create measurable, lasting value.My career spans 30 years across B2B and B2C, including supply chain, business leadership, and entrepreneurial experience as both general manager and shareholder. I’ve had the honor to live and work across three continents in seven countries, which has shaped my inclusive leadership style and belief in the power of diverse perspectives.As a leader I put emphasis on an aspirational and ambitious purpose of our doing. I leverage the collective wisdom of teams in designing the entrepreneurial strategy. To ensure results are achieved I synchronize and shape the organization and eco-system accordingly as well as facilitate, challenge and appreciate the teams at its data-supported implementation.
