I believe that the future of AI depends not just on technology but on human empowerment—bridging the gap between innovation and impactful, responsible use.For over 10 years, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies and partnered with data and AI leaders to drive AI-powered organizational transformation. My expertise lies in designing effective operating models that integrate the right capabilities, competencies, and cutting-edge technology architecture, enabling organizations to unlock sustainable, long-term success.Some background of what I am doing: Founder and AI enthusiast: With 1.4 billion employees needing upskilling to stay competitive in the age of AI, businesses face a critical challenge: how to prepare their workforce for the future. At Braightup, we’ve developed a SaaS solution that educates employees on the job, equipping them to use data and AI safely, responsibly, and effectively. Investor and startup mentor: As an active member of Business Angels Switzerland, I invest in and mentor innovative startups, with a strong focus on those operating in the data and AI fields.
