I equip and coach leaders and their teams to move from information to transformation, using proven tools and strategies from the Maxwell Leadership Method. My career includes decades of practical hands-on experience in numerous leadership roles as a president, senior vice president, chief operating officer, assistant vice president, and prior to that, 23 years as a leader in the U.S. Air Force. I\'ve worked with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, government, and higher education in the United States and Europe. In addition to my experience, I have a doctorate degree in executive leadership as well as a master’s degree in public administration and leadership and a master\'s degree in international relations. I have served as a full-time professor of leadership and management, and as a professor of business at both state and private universities.
