Dr. Angelos Tarlis works as a Project Manager within the PM department of Nordex - Acciona Group in Greece.He holds a Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering. Having strong work experience in Renewable Energy Projects as a Senior Consultant with the Tractebel Group and via various roles (tender manager, site manager and project manager) within the Nordex Energy Group, he has participated in different project stages: from conception and development, passing through construction up to operation and maintenance.As Wind Expert, Dr. Tarlis has provided engineering assistance to project Developers, Lenders and Investors. He has taken part in Due Diligence reports (EPC, TSA and O&M contracts review, licensing review, electrical/civil infrastructure design review, assessment of QA documentation, timeschedules, CAPEX and OPEX review), in construction of projects (site & project management, works certifications and associated milestone payments, verification and performance of tests during completion) as well as in O&M monitoring (production of O&M reports and performance of wind turbines inspections).
