Lead relationship management, client reporting and administration, marketing and branding, and related operational processes for alternative asset manager with $11B total assets under management, 400+ institutional investors, and high-net-worth investors (approx. 100 key investor/advisor relationships). Partner with President/founder and other senior leaders to shape and advance business strategies, investor/advisor engagement, new products, structures, and business lines and deliver firm’s overall capabilities. Coordinate media/public relations and a point-of-contact for Australian public holding company. Serve as primary account officer for several high-profile institutional investors, consultants, & wealth managers. Manage diverse team of 14 professionals working from multiple offices & remotely across 6 distinct strategies/product lines. Oversee relationships with capital introduction teams at leading prime brokerage firms. Collaborate frequently with COO/Operations responsible for accounting, finance, and tax matters to meet client needs. Co-lead Mesirow acquisition—onboarding 100 clients ($5.5B) & integrating 50 people into 80-person Lighthouse organization. Oversee creative firm-wide initiatives including marketing materials, website, and logo redesigns. Launch automated reporting, RFP, and data systems to increase productivity, efficiency, and timeliness. Position team to handle increased volume/business growth without need for additional headcount.
