   As the Founder of Headset Advisor, formerly Merritt Communications, I’m having a lot of fun. I get to work each day with my three Boys and help business professionals with their needs for technology solutions.Recently, many of my former job duties have been handed off to help empower others to learn new skills. It\'s very rewarding to see their growth and the growth of the company. These days I\'m less involved in the day-to-day details because those tasks are now being done by my three Boys, who by the way, are doing an amazing job. Thanks for taking that stuff off the old man\'s plate David, Dustin and Drew. Though I haven\'t officially retired, and \"gone fishing\", my workload looks much different today than it once did. Quite nice actually.Running a business isn\'t easy, but for anyone who\'s up for the ultimate challenge, I highly recommend it.
