The Vice President, Client Development & Contract Negotiations/Renewals provides vision and leadership for client development efforts so that PRC succeeds in a constantly changing competitive marketplace. Responsible for building & maintaining key relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, cross-communicating PRC’s products and services, negotiating and contracting business deals, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions, and working to improve PRC’s market position and grow business. With decades of experience in the healthcare industry, responsible for identifying business opportunities and building/maintaining strong, long term relationships with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and physician practices throughout the United States, matching their complex research needs & objectives with a multitude of PRC’s survey research and consulting capabilities. Through interaction with new and hundreds of existing clients, identify those organizations that require customized research and work with them in developing unique research models, as well as help customers whose needs conform to existing PRC formats. With an extremely strong commitment to customer service, ensures that all clients benefit fully from PRC’s research and consulting services.High-level experience developing and contracting for various research models, including: Patient Experience (including all mandated CMS CAHPS programs), Physician & Employee Engagement/Alignment, Consumer Perception & Brand, Referring Physician, Community Health Needs Assessments, and various specialized/custom research models.
