ABOUT DONITA THOMPSON
Just a brief introduction on my background. I have been involved in multiple aspects of Real Estate for over 25 years. I was a Certified Appraiser in California for 10 years and first obtained my RE license in California in 1991, after I got out of the US Navy. I hold a California Brokers license in addition to my Washington Managing Broker license. I have also worked for online auction companies and even spent 6 years buying properties at foreclosure, rehabbing them, then selling them. I have both breadth and depth of experience in the Real Estate industry.
