ABOUT DANIEL DONBAVAND
I\'ve led teams, shaped product direction, and built systems that run at scale. At Xero, I worked on services handling thousands of requests a minute. My career has been about learning what it takes to make good decisions at scale, both technical and organisational.Today at Adminis, I split my time between technical leadership, product management, and people leadership. I help decide what we build next and why, and I help the team make good technical calls. Lately, a lot of that work has been around AI. Tools like Claude Code and Copilot are changing how software gets built, and I\'ve been working out how we use them to ship faster without letting quality slip. After many years in this industry, I\'ve found where I add the most value: making sure business strategy and technical reality stay connected, simplifying systems, and helping teams make clear decisions.
