I’m a principal regulatory compliance professional with 15+ years of experience leading global product certifications across safety (i.e; IEC/UL/CSA 62368‑1), EMC, RF/wireless, energy efficiency, battery, environmental, fire/alarm, and other regulatory domains. My background in both manufacturing and certification‑body environments gives me a strong, practical understanding of product evaluation, conformity assessment, and global market access.I’ve led complex compliance programs and built collaborative relationships with agencies and partners such as UL, Intertek, CSA, Nemko, Element, TÜV, and specialized consultants supporting global approvals. My work spans major regulatory frameworks including NRTL, CB Scheme, FCC, ISED, LVD, EMCD, Machinery Regulation, INMETRO/Anatel, CEC/DoE/ESPR, BSMI, MIC, RoHS, REACH, Bluetooth, and other regional schemes worldwide. I also design scalable technical file systems that are in use by billion‑dollar organizations.I work closely with engineering, operations, sourcing, legal, marketing, executives, and global ODM/OEM/JDM partners, as well as national authorities. A core strength is translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, concise guidance for executives and cross‑functional teams.Most recently, I’ve integrated AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) into compliance workflows using advanced prompt‑engineering techniques to enhance training, metadata extraction, regulatory summaries, technical presentations, and research efficiency.
